In addition to cultivating a religious life through the sacraments, there are times during the year when special events lend a stronger focus to a particular festival or theme. Learning to experience community through the lens of the Christian year enriches and enlivens our experience of time. The Christian Community Children's Camp
Every year during the month of August, children between 6 and 14 years of age and staff from different congregation gather for our legendary Children's Camp. Information on the 2013 Camp will be posted here around March of 2013.

Festivals in the Course of the Year
Since this Christian Community has was founded in southeastern PA in the 1970's, festivals have been a part of the life of the congregation and the larger community of which we are a part.

Annual Retreat at Temenos
Once a year, a small group of members from our wider community take a long weekend and withdraw into the rolling countryside at the Temenos Retreat Center. There we engage in conversations, workshops, artistic activity and talks around a particular theme for the duration of the retreat. Previous themes have been: Color, The Word, The Mystery of Sound, The Lord's Prayer. This year we will be focusing in on Practising Forgiveness. Flyers available soon!
